Melissa is an experienced graphic designer who has designed websites, logos, printed promotional materials, educational materials, large-scale exhibits, cd and dvd packaging, and so much more throughout the past 16 years. One specialized skill that excites her is the ability to create beautiful space science illustrations which she has done often for NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory. This gives her the chance to take abstract concepts about the wonders of our Universe and create beautiful images that help people young and old understand just a bit better.

When she’s not learning or creating she is reading, mentoring, or traveling.
